Privacy Policy

I. General Provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy defines how the personal data of users, necessary for the provision of electronic services via the website [website address] (hereinafter: "Service"), is collected, processed, and stored.
  2. The Service only collects personal data essential for the provision and development of the services offered therein.
  3. Personal data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR), and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.

II. Data Controller

The Data Controller for the personal data collected through the Service is Jakub Bobkowski, email address: bobkowski.design@gmail.com (hereinafter: "Administrator").

III. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data

  1. Personal data is used for:
    • Contract fulfillment related to services and e-services,
    • Communication with the User,
    • Promotion of the Administrator's offerings,
    • Marketing, remarketing, affiliation,
    • Personalization of the Service for Users,
    • Analytical and statistical purposes.
  2. Providing data is voluntary but essential to conclude an agreement or use other functionalities of the Service.

IV. Types of Personal Data Processed

The Administrator may process the User's personal data, including: Name and surname, Date of birth, Residential address, Email address.

V. Period of Personal Data Processing

User personal data will be processed for:

  • Contract fulfillment purposes – until claims arising from the contract are time-barred;
  • Consent-based purposes – until consent is withdrawn, and after withdrawal, until claims are time-barred.

In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, except for claims for periodic benefits and business activities, where the limitation period is 3 years (unless otherwise specified by law).

VI. Disclosure of Personal Data

  1. User personal data may be disclosed to: Entities affiliated with the Administrator, subcontractors, and cooperating entities, e.g., companies handling e-payments, courier/postal services, or legal firms.
  2. User personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

VII. User Rights

  1. The User of the Service has the right to:
    1. Access their personal data,
    2. Rectify, delete, restrict processing of their data,
    3. Transfer their data,
    4. Object to processing,
    5. Withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before withdrawal).
  2. Requests concerning these rights should be sent to: bobkowski.design@gmail.com. The Administrator will respond to or deny the request promptly, but no later than within one month of receiving it.
  3. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe their rights and freedoms are violated under the GDPR.

VIII. Cookies

  1. The Service collects information through cookies – session cookies, persistent cookies, and third-party cookies.
  2. Collecting cookies supports the proper provision of services in the Service and serves statistical purposes.
  3. Users may specify the scope of cookie access to their devices via browser settings.

IX. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

  1. User data will not be processed automatically in a way that results in any decisions affecting them.
  2. User data may be profiled to tailor content and personalize the offer upon obtaining their consent.

X. Final Provisions

  1. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy; however, these will not limit the rights of Users.
  2. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be announced in the form of a notice available on the Service.
  3. Matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy are subject to the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law.
