As an IT Specialist at UCK, I provide technical support and system maintenance for a workforce of over 6,000 medical and administrative staff. My role is focused on ensuring that the hospital's critical IT infrastructure, remains operational and reliable. Whether resolving complex technical issues or optimizing system performance, I am dedicated to keeping the technology running smoothly so our medical teams can focus entirely on patient care.
I provided technical support for employees of the parent company, LPP, across three buildings and remotely for over 40 countries in Europe and Asia. My daily tasks included diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting users working with Windows 11, mobile devices (Android and iOS), and peripheral equipment. During my internship I was able to succesfully resolve ~700 tickets.
As a freelancer, I designed, developed, and deployed websites on various hosting environments. My responsibilities included client support, project coordination, and server administration. It was an exciting opportunity to work with diverse clients and technologies, but I've decided to shut down my business and transition to a new career path.
Currently studying for a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Security of ICT Systems. I'm studying part-time while working as an IT Specialist.
